In many construction projects expert knowledge from very different areas of the world of building is required.

On the one hand the surveying technology employed by the geodesist, on the other various forms of presentation, the specialised area of CAD in the field of architecture and building construction.

Why not exploit the advantages offered by our collaboration that has developed over a long period of years?

For you we can examine the feasibility in development terms and the legal basis for your new building, conversion or extension project, and produce the necessary documentation plans, site and topographical plans.

For planned conversions or extensions, part or basic renewal we produce CAD as-built plans including surveying and building documentation in accordance with your requirements and to the extent and degree of precision agreed upon with us.

We use surveying technology to accompany and monitor the construction phase, starting with setting out the building and defining the building datum and other fixed heights as a basis for the building heights and extending to continuous checking and documentation of the construction process, including measurement of settlements.

After the completion of the building we produce CAD as-built plans, or we can convert existing as-built plans to meet the CAD guidelines of the City of Vienna 1998 or the guidelines CAD building construction of the Federal Ministry of Economics, the BIG 2005 or the Federal Ministry for Defence 2004 into CAD data with a guarantee of their acceptance!

For optimal utilisation of your building we can prepare for you a Nutzwertberechnung (utilizable value calculation) and Parifizierung (conversion of tenancies into common-hold units or condominiums) in a single package that includes obtaining the extract from the land register, producing the requisite plan drawings and the Nutzwertgutachten (utilizable value report) itself.

To help you operate your building in an economically viable way we produce the requisite basic material for facility management (taking into account your specific requirements) such as data for cleaning, relocation, key and inventory management, and we incorporate this material in prepared CAD plans so that they can be taken over by any FM system.
