We prepare documentation on the property or building to the particular degree of detail that you require.

We compile and document data for the implementation of

The data compiled are then prepared (for example by transferring them to existing CAD as-built plans or plans that we have prepared ourselves, Excel tables or Access databanks) in consultation with the client so as to ensure that they can be incorporated without difficulty into any FM system.

If you use the FM software Aperture or are considering using it, then you can make use of our special know-how and our many years of experience with the structuring and direct incorporation of data in this FM system.
