Compiling the material required to provide a basis for planning building
projects
If the requirements of the building authorities with regard to erecting a
building are satisfied we can provide the following material (for architects,
building contractors , ….) to serve as a basis for planning:
- We survey the property to produce a site plan with heights, we
examine the site boundaries and check them against any survey documents
from the survey office that may already exist.
- We provide digital plans and cross-sections of the site in
accordance with the relevant guidelines and requirements.
- We compile information about, survey and verify the position of
relevant services (sewage and drainage, gas, water, electricity supplies)
and produce a plan of such services detailing their position and the
depths at which they lie.
- To ensure the optimal design of an attic conversion project we
calculate the building heights of the property affected and of the
neighbouring properties.
- Where it is planned to erect a lift we define the depths of the
projections and recesses in the facades and take levels to determine
precise storey heights.
